Suntek Solutions (referred to herein as “Suntek Solutions”, “our,” “us” or “we”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of those visiting our websites, including our independent affiliates’ Replicated Websites (hereafter collectively referred to as the “Website” or “Websites”). 2. Website Links

Except when we expressly state, we are not affiliated or associated with the operators of third party websites that link to or from any of our maintained websites. We denounce accountability for the content on third party websites which may link to or are linked from any of our websites. We denounce accountability for the security of information which includes credit card information and other information that you provide to any third party. We reserve the right, whenever necessary and with absolute discretion, to block links to any of our maintained website without prior notice.

As a user of Suntek Solutions’ websites, you may need to make an account with us. As such, you warrant the information provided to us is truthful and accurate, without impersonation. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of any password you create and use to access your Suntek Solutions membership portals, and you agree not to share your password or username, or provide access of your account to third parties.

All transactions with, and information transferred under your account with us are your responsibility. It’s your responsibility to immediately notify us of unauthorized use of your password or username, or breach of security to your account. You understand that we are not liable for any loss or damage which results from failure to follow any of the previous responsibilities.

4. Customer Data

You retain ownership, rights, and responsibility for all text, software, audio, video, images or other content used on or through the Service (hereby referred to as “Customer Data”). These rights are limited by this Agreement and intellectual property laws. Suntek Solutions assumes no liability for any Customer Data posted by Authorized Users or third parties.

By granting Suntek Solutions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license during the Service Period, you are giving us permission to use and reproduce Customer Data for refining, supplementing or testing products. Additionally, anonymous data can be included in reports and promotional materials. Anonymized data can also be kept after the Agreement terminates for a specified purpose(s). Lastly, your name and logo can appear on our Website and customer lists; as well as be used in media releases during the Service Period - so long as no confidential information is released.

You agree not to charge royalties or fees, and not make other monetary assessments against Suntek Solutions for this release and assignment. You hereby release us from any and all liability. You also discharge Suntek Solutions from any damages you may suffer as a result of the use of the Data. Finally, you further accept and agree that this release is binding upon your heirs and those you assign and that this release is irrevocable.

Suntek Solutions use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

I have read and accept any Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, which are provided on this website.

I have been fully informed and consent to the collection and use of my personal data for any purpose in connection with the products and/or services.

I understand that certain data, including personal data, must be collected or processed in order for you to provide any courses, products or services I have requested or contracted for.  I understand that in some cases it may be required to use cookies or similar tracking to provide those products or services.

I understand that I have the right to request access annually to any personal data you have obtained or collected regarding me. You have agreed to provide me with a record of my personal data in a readable format.

I also understand that I can revoke my consent and that I have the right to be forgotten. If I revoke my consent, you will stop collecting or processing my personal data. I understand that if I revoke my consent, you may be unable to provide contracted products or services to me, and I can not hold you responsible for that.
